Our power solutions maximize power density and flexibility through their compact design, fitting perfectly into either 19” or 23” racks with multiple depth options (300mm, 400mm, or 600mm).

We have produced DC power cabinets for substations, electroplating, industrial applications, telecommunications and the PAGA market. These systems are extremely diverse and capable of withstanding severe environmental challenges. Some examples of the types of applications these systems are used in include, power distribution cabinets, switch-tripping chargers, remote power supplies, substation battery chargers, photovoltaic systems and data centre servers.

Using modular rectifiers and controllers that are ‘hot-swappable’, offers our customers a system with low mean time to repair. These modules can be replaced on a live system without load interruption, enabling our customers to have a constant source of power, lessening the likelihood of disruption.

There are several different optional extras that we can include as part of these systems to offer more features and functions depending on requirements. These include: battery cell monitoring, a low voltage disconnect, temperature sensor, remote connectivity, a site monitor module, a main monitor interface board, remote management solutions and a battery discharge test (which ensures that the battery life is monitored and controlled). This test can be used to confirm the capacity of the battery by performing a periodic, controlled battery discharge test under normal system load without disconnection.
