As the situation regarding COVID-19 develops, we want to inform you that it is currently business as usual as we supply equipment to critical infrastructure services (e.g. Network Rail, telecoms, emergency services) and we will be as flexible as possible to minimise any disruption to our customers. We are taking steps to ensure the safety of our customers, employees and affiliated partners to prevent the possible spread of the virus.
We take this seriously and are following the guidance issued by the Government and Health Authorities and adjusting our policies and procedures in line with this.
We are giving our team members facts about COVID-19 and reminding them to follow simple but effective steps to keep them safe, such as frequent handwashing and encouraging our team members to take any signs of illness seriously and to seek medical attention as needed.
Despite the recent border closures in many countries, we are still able to fulfill shipments for our customers, except where we may be unable to deliver due to exceptional government restrictions.
This is undoubtedly an uncertain time and above all, our focus is on the safety and well being of our staff and customers.
